Serving Sweet Surprises Nationwide! We now ship our brigadeiros directly to your door. You may also choose to pick them up at The Olive Tree located at 4937 W 119th St, Overland Park, KS 66209 during store hours. All orders require 2 business days to process. You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped or ready to be picked up.
1.) For Customer Pickup: Simply choose "Customer Pickup at The Olive Tree" at checkout. All Customer Pickup orders require 2 business days to process so that we can prepare a box of brigadeiros specially for you. Your order will be available for pick up at The Olive Tree on the 3rd day after 12pm. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
2.) Carrier Shipping: We understand that shipping can get expensive, so we offer our customers a few different shipping options to choose from. We go to great lengths to ensure your order is carefully packaged in order to prevent any damage during transit given that our product is delicate and perishable. Because your satisfaction is our number one priority, we highly recommend that you pick a shipping option that will deliver in 2 days or less to minimize transit time.
- We ship via USPS (Priority, Priority Express) and FedEx (Ground, 2 Day). USPS Priority Express service is next day delivery, Priority is 1-3 day delivery. Fedex Ground is 1-4 day delivery, and FedEx 2Day is second day delivery. Expected transit time will be displayed during checkout. For approximate transit time of FedEx Ground and USPS Priority, please refer to the maps below.
- All shipping orders require 2 business days to process and ship. We only ship Monday through Wednesday in order to limit transit time and avoid that your brigadeiros sit in an uncontrolled temperature environment over the weekend. Depending on the recipient's address, we may be able to ship on Thursday and still have the package arrive by Saturday, if Saturday delivery is available. Otherwise, your package will be shipped on Monday of the following week. After we ship your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.
- At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- Please make sure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to undeliverable or incorrect addresses.

We bet your brigadeiros won't last long. We recommend consuming them as fresh as possible. Brigadeiros may be kept at room temperature for 10-14 days in an airtight container before they start getting hard. They are still safe to eat. If refrigerated in an airtight container, they may be stored for up to four weeks. Serve at room temperature.

Because of the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept returns. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for damage to packages that may occur during shipping. We make sure your order is properly packaged in order to prevent any damage during transit. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our carriers due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
